What is the best way to get started at Julep Health?
Book a visit. If you want the full picture in one go, the Whole Body Assessment covers 50+ markers plus a physician review. If you have a specific concern, start with a $99 M.D. consultation and the doctor will choose any labs you need.
Can Julep Health be my new doctor?
Yes. Julep provides full internal medicine care: checkups, chronic conditions, prescriptions and prevention, with no memberships or annual fees. You get conventional medicine done right, plus an optimization-minded view when you want to go deeper.
I am not sure which lab tests I need. Can you help?
Yes. A $99 M.D. consult lets you talk through your concerns with the doctor, who will recommend specific tests. The Whole Body Assessment is the all-in-one option that covers nearly every major body system.
Do I need an appointment for lab work?
Yes, please book or call ahead for a blood draw so we can have everything ready for you. For physician visits, book online or call the clinic.
Will you manage or refill my prescriptions?
Yes. We review and manage your medications as part of your overall plan. As a policy, we do not provide long-term controlled-substance pain management.
When will I get my lab results?
Most standard results are back within 7 days, many within 24 to 48 hours. Specialized tests can take a few weeks. Results go to your patient portal with a report that explains them in plain language.
